FITT-WELL, envisioned as the future headquarters, boasts a distinctive terra cotta double façade system, elevating its presence as a refined, collaborative workspace. The innovative design not only lifts the structure from the ground but also maximizes the space beneath, seamlessly integrating parking and a garden to alleviate traffic congestion. Human experience unfolds on the open floor plate level, interconnected by bridges that establish a dynamic dialogue between the existing and new, forming an integrated campus.

A central bridge delineates the programmatic zones. The north houses public-oriented spaces like the arena, indoor auditorium, and multipurpose areas, while the south is dedicated to modern, efficient workspaces enriched with amenities supporting health and wellness initiatives. Cylindrical voids punctuate the floating mass, creating purposeful “wells” inspired by FITT’s liquid transferring system. These wells serve diverse functions such as cores, courtyards, employee entrances, and an open arena— a symbolic focal point reminiscent of Italy’s urban plazas, complete with water features and lush vegetation, fostering communal interaction.
The exterior showcases cable-suspended terra cotta and glass tiles transitioning seamlessly from solid to transparent, catering to varying daylight requirements. This double façade system enhances sustainability and introduces a Palladio corridor, gracefully harmonizing with the urban fabric while providing a modern interpretation of the office façade, bridging the gap between historical and contemporary contexts. In its entirety, FITT-WELL emerges as a sophisticated embodiment of architectural innovation, fostering a harmonious blend of function, aesthetics, and sustainability within its urban surroundings.
